ISRAELI BIOSTATISTICS FORUM

The Israeli Biostatistics Forum (IBF) was established in 2001 by Ori Davidov (Haifa University, Israel). It is a branch of the EMR-IBS, an informal group of biostatisticians working in academics, industry and government. Three meetings of this forum were held between 2001 and 2002 with the goal of advancing the theory and practice of biostatistics in Israel.

Havi Murad, president of EMR-IBS, is reviving this forum and organized the program of the 1st meeting. The 1st meeting  was  held at Tel Aviv University on the 26th of November 2013. The meeting was organized by David Steinberg (President of the Israeli Statistical Association (ISA) and Head of the School of Mathematical Sciences in Tel Aviv University), sponsored by ISA. Reduced registration fees were given to members of ISA and EMR-IBS.

The topic was "Methods for dealing with missing or incomplete data". Details (titles, program and abstracts can be seen here )
